Quarto d'Altino's railway is very near and you can go to Venice or Udine by train. Very close is "Sile's townline river" with its ancient villas to go on foot or by bicycle and the landing boat where you can reach by boat the venetian lagoon with its islands: Burano, Murano, Torcello.

The B&B philosophy: Generally, guests are accommodated in private bedrooms with private bathrooms. Breakfast is served in a dining room, or the host's kitchen.

B&B's and guest houses may be operated either as a secondary source of income or a primary occupation. Usually the owners themselves prepare the breakfast and clean the room etc. A property which hires professional management is no longer a bed and breakfast, but enters the category of Inn, Guest House or Small Hotel. B&B's are a form of a tertiary business.
